This is an inclusive, supportive community, full of amazing people getting healthier, happier, and better!

Come prepared to sweat, be challenged and feel new things.

  • Bring ID & a Bottle of Water.

  • Clothes you feel good sweating in.
    Shorts, yoga pants, a sports bra / tank tops.

  • A Yoga Mat and Yoga Towel are provided on your first day.
    They are required- you can bring your own or rent thereafter. ($5 / $3.50)

  • We have great showers, hair dryers, & lockers.

  • No Phones in the practice room.

  • You must arrive 15 minutes before your first class. So we can give you a warm welcome and get you set up!

  • Always arrive at least 5mins before. Your spot may be given away if you are not signed in 5mins before class.

  • If you can't make it, you can easily reschedule through our app! Please do so at least 8hrs before class to release your spot & keep your class credit.

  • No Late Entry, Class starts on time and we aim to avoid disruption for everyone.

  • Doors open 30mins before every class.

  • The studio closes 30mins after class, please keep showers quick to give others a chance.

  • The Waitlist: Moves automatically based on when other members cancel a reservation. You’ll receive a text as soon as you get moved into class.
    If you can’t make it, please decline asap via the same text to release the spot for someone else.

Come Early Come Often

  • Come Hydrated! Start hydrating a day in advance! We recommend at least 2 liters of water throughout the day prior to class, especially during the summer months.

  • Go At Your Own Pace: Be kind to yourself- find your own edge and go there. You’ll see results in no time!

  • Physical Issues or Injuries: It is your responsibility to listen to your body as you practice. Always let your instructor know before class if you are experiencing any physical issues that may affect your practice.

  • Electrolyte Supplements: can help replenish the good stuff as you sweat out the bad stuff!

  • Don’t eat a meal just before class: The timing is different for everyone, but 2-3 hours is usually a good window.

  • If you need a snack: we recommend simple carbs such as a banana, rather than foods rich in fat or protein.
