If you doubt you can make it, please do not squat a spot or Late Cancel.
This prevents others from receiving the benefits of this practice that we all love.
Waitlist moves automatically- you will get a text confirming that you’re off the waitlist and into class.
If you can’t make it, please release your spot asap for someone else.If you are not here 5 mins before class, your spot may be given away to someone who is present.
Intro Monthers:
Late Cancel (8HRS): Get 3 chances, then $10 if within 8hrs.
No-Shows: Get 3 chances, then a $20 no-show fee will be applied if you do not cancel yourself out of class.
5/8/12 Monthly, and Class Packs/Singles:
Late Cancel (8HRS): $10 Fee will be processed automatically and class credit returned.
No-Shows: No fee, but your class will be automatically deducted from your account if you do not cancel yourself out of class before class time.
Unlimited Members:
Late Cancel (8HRS): $10 Fee will be automatically applied.
No-Shows: A $20 no-show fee will be applied if you do not cancel yourself out of class.
Declining Waitlist Spots: There is no penalty for Declining a Waitlisted spot that was offered WITHIN the 8hr cancellation window.
But please be conscientious and do so early.Please cancel via our App or Mindbody app. We do not accept phone or email cancellations.
All fees will be processed automatically one day after the event.
We recommend using our App to view the schedule and book or cancel classes.
Please familiarize yourself with the terms of your package upon purchase.
If you need to freeze, cancel, or adjust your package, please go to the Membership page and follow instructions to submit your request.
All membership cancellation requests must be submitted 15 days prior to your auto payment.
We are cash-less. We require a card saved on your account for smooth processing of incidentals.
It’s all pretty common sense stuff,
but it helps to lay it out.
No Phones in the practice room.
No shoes past the lobby. Please leave your shoes in the cubbies.
Keep the studio door closed as much as possible to preserve The Heat.
Silence your cell phone and leave in a cubby upstairs or a locker downstairs.
Smart watches may be worn: on do not disturb mode.
Plan to stay in the room for the duration of class. If you cannot stay for the entirety, please reserve a different class time, so as not to disrupt other members with an early exit.
Phone calls should not be taken in the lobby or lockers rooms. Please step into our foyer if you need to take a phone call.
There are lockers and showers downstairs.
Please do not change in the upstairs bathroom, as others will need it between classes. Please use changing rooms downstairs.
Put away your belongings tidily in cubbies or on coat hooks.
Observe silence in the studio room during yoga classes and for 15 minutes after class. Many students like to use this time to meditate, please be mindful and respectful.
In Pilates: feel free to Whoop and Holler!
Do not unlock the front door without a staff member present. If for an emergency you need to leave class early, kindly wait for the teacher to lock you out.
Do not take doubles unless you feel you can actively participate throughout both classes.
All students must practice on a mat with at least one towel that covers the mat. This is to avoid slipping on your mat, wiping sweat away throughout class, or leaving puddles on the floor.
No food, gum, or glass bottles in the yoga room.
Please save questions or comments for your instructor for after class, they will be happy to answer any questions and discuss the practice with you in the lobby.
Wait until the teacher officially ends class before leaving the yoga room, class is not complete before final savasanna.
Gather your mat, towels, and water bottles quietly. Be careful of other students when leaving the class.
Please keep showers to two minutes to give others a chance to get refreshed after class.
The studio will be locked 30 minutes after each class ends. Please exit the studio by then.
Do not bring food to the studio.
Do not store personal drinks in the retail fridge.
If you are expressing symptoms of a cold or flu or feel sick in any way, do not come to the studio.
Bikes and Trikes: Please plan to lock up your mode of transport outside. We do not have the facility to store bikes or scooters anywhere in the studio, including the foyer.
We are not licensed to supervise children: You may not leave children unattended anywhere at the studio while you practice.
If you left your worries
on the mat,
and your stuff at the studio..
Don’t worry, the Furnace Team will put it in the Lost and Found temporary storage in the basement lobby.
Pick it up soon though! -The Furnace is not responsible for any property left at the studio, unclaimed items are donated regularly.

Students 16-18 must have their parent sign a waiver before taking their first class.
Students must be at least 14 years old to practice at The Furnace.
Students 14-16 years old must have the maturity to follow instruction on breathing and hydration in challenging classes,
They must have their parent sign the waiver & must practice alongside their parent at all times.Minors (or anyone else) may not wait in the studio lobby while parents practice.
Be Respectful of Teachers, Staff and Members.
Any comments about other people's weight or appearance, regardless of context or best intentions, are strongly discouraged and may be considered harassment.
Any form of rudeness, solicitation, or sexually suggestive comments or behavior will not be tolerated.
The Furnace reserves the right to adjust policies, refuse admission, or terminate memberships at its discretion.
